China Considering ban on BURQUA,HIJAB

With what went and going on all over world, China and Russia knows  how to deal with extremists because their gove is real govet when it comes to forcing law and taking decisions without VOTE BANK POLITICS. What Europe is going through is what India has gone through and going on for last 800 years  when Islamist came to terrorise EDUCATED INDIAN ELITES who had mastery not only on science but also on spirituality via Buddha. But Buddha went to far extreme  so monks stopped using arms training etc which was against PIOS GITA BOOK OF HINDUS. As per Gita Book, no one needs to search for so called GOD anywhere. Just do your work, designed far and Karma will give you bad or good effect. Kill terrorists as God Krishna did.  Buddha and later Gandhi was part of islamization in India. Europe must learn from China now otherwise it will become ISLAMIST country. India seems gatehering momentum after Modi is in power 8 months ago. Before Modi, India was almost dead from action as all leaders were playing VOTE politics and filling their bank balance in name of terrorism -both islamic and christian conversion propoganda. Christian must stop conversion game in India otherwise they will be treated as Islamist are now in India.
Chinese authorities have banned women in the capital city of Xinjiang—an autonomous western region where Muslims account for almost half of the population—from wearing burqas in public, according to a brief article on a government-run website, Tianshan News. Local legislators for Urumqi proposed the ban in December, and now the regional legislature has approved it.
It’s not clear when the ban will go into effect. State media said only that it will be implemented after being modified to meet comments proposed in a meeting over the weekend.
Ever since a group of Uighur Muslims went on a killing spree in a train station in Kunming last March, Chinese officials have ratcheted up restrictions on a group they see as potential extremists. Xinjiang officials later banned students and civil servants from fasting for Ramadan, and authorities in the Xinjiang city of Karamy barred anyone wearing burqas, niqabs, hijabs or simply “large beards” from taking public buses.
The state-run news agency Xinhua justified the burqa ban by pointing out that burqas are also banned in France (perhaps not the best example to use, given the recent extremist attack on French magazine Charlie Hebdo). The Xinhua report in English said, “Burqas are not traditional dress for Uighur women… The regulation is seen as an effort to curb growing extremism that forced Uighur women to abandon their colorful traditional dress and wear black burqas.”

CHINA'S ILLEGAL ORGAN TRANSPLANT ORGANS SOURCED FROM PROSIONERS.

Two doctors perform surgery in southwest China’s Chongqing, on Aug. 9, 2013. A patient received a matching liver and kidney for transplant surgeries within only a month in Tianjin City, according to New Tang Dynasty Television. (Peter Parks/AFP/Getty Images)China has never fully disclosed the sources of the organs that make possible the boom in transplantation. In November 2012, China’s Vice-Minister of Health Huang Jiefu told the Chinese press that China’s organ transplantation has long relied on executed prisoners.
China’s organ sources are chaotic, and illegal organ trading and organ transplant tourism are rampant, Huang said.
Several international investigations and reports in recent years have pointed out that there are not enough death penalty prisoners in China to provide the organs needed. The large shortfall is made up by forced harvesting of organs from live prisoners of conscience in China, the reports say.

After seven years of research, veteran investigative reporter and China expert Ethan Gutmann published the book “The Slaughter: Mass Killings, Organ Harvesting, and China’s Secret Solution to Its Dissident Problem.” The book uses interviews with Falun Gong practitioners who survived the Chinese regime’s labor camps and other evidence to give a fuller picture of forced organ harvesting in China.

IS IT INDIA THAT WILL BE SUPERPOWER ALONG WITH USA NOT CHINA IN 15 YEARS.

Pro-democracy protesters stand behind umbrellas as police prepare to advance on their positions near the central government offices in Hong Kong on October 15, 2014. Hong Kong has been plunged into the worst political crisis since its 1997 handover as pro-democracy activists take over the streets following China's refusal to grant citizens full universal suffrage. AFP PHOTO / ALEX OGLE (Photo credit should read Alex Ogle/AFP/Getty Images)Compared to the other so-called BRICS – Brazil, Russia and India – China shines like the moon. Since Deng Xiaoping created the Four Modernizations in 1978, China has surged from being a marginal player on the global stage to a powerhouse that has attracted $2 trillion of foreign direct investment.
Its economy ranks first in the world in building modern infrastructure, global exports ($2.2 trillion), Internet usage (600 million people), college graduates (7 million per year), rate of economic growth (10 percent from 1980 to 2010), movement of peasants to the city (400 million from 1980 to 2013), high-speed rail under construction (40,000 miles) and major airports (43). By 2025, it will likely have the world’s largest gross national product.
Given all this unprecedented growth, how can China miss becoming the world’s next superpower in 10 or 20 years?
A superpower also needs to develop political democracy, economic freedom, military power, legal system, quality of life and high tech creativity. In all these areas China lags far behind the United States, and INDIA.
Politically, the United States had the world’s first democratic government in 1789 and expanded the franchise ever since. By contrast, after 65 years in power, the Chinese communist government has not even begun to make the transition towards a semi-democratic state. Rather, the government, whose think tanks in the 1990s used to talk of managing a democratic transition, has cracked down on movements in minority areas and in Hong Kong. There are no democratic elections at any level. Without this transition, the People’s Republic of China faces the serious possibility of falling apart like the Soviet Union did in 1991.
Economically, while the United States has a strong, relatively open capitalist economy, Chinese economic freedom is so poor that the Heritage Foundation Index of Economic Freedom ranks China 137th in the world alongside Cameroon and Tajikistan. As a result, the Conference Board, citing the negative roles of state run capitalism and growth-fixated monetary policy, estimates Chinese economic growth to slide to only 4 percent by 2020.
Militarily, the United States has hundreds of bases around the world, 11 aircraft carrier battle fleets, tens of thousands of strategic and tactical nuclear weapons, well trained officers and numerous major allies around the world. China, whose military spending is less than 30 percent of American spending, is still working on its first aircraft carrier (bought from Ukraine), imports major weapon systems from Russia, and has a small strategic nuclear force. A large number of its officers are of peasant origins. It lacks any major allies.
The United States created a government of laws, an independent judiciary and the protection of civil liberties. In China, the government does not allow free speech, assembly, an independent judiciary or religion. Massive corruption has allowed high Chinese Communist government or party officials to reap fortunes of hundreds of millions, even billions, of dollars
China lags far behind the United States. While the United States has the majority of leading high-tech companies – Google, Apple, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Oracle and others – China has almost none. Neo-Confucianism and Communism have suppressed Chinese creativity. Since 1950, not a single Chinese scientist working in China has won a Nobel Prize in Science. By contrast, the United States since 1945 has won a staggering 235 Nobel Prizes in science.
UNDERDOG IS- INDIA/BHARAT IF MODI RETAINS POWER FOR 10-15 YEARS AND INDIA WILL BE A GOLDEN EGG AGAIN ,NOT IN SENSE OF MILITARY POWER BUT SPIRITUAL,PEACE POWER,WHAT IT IS KNOWN FOR UNTILL ISLAMSIT AND BRITISHERS TERRORIZED AND TOOK OVER CONTROL TO RULE AS DEMONIC POWER.

INDIA- A FUTURE HUB FOR MANUFACTURING REPLACING CHINA-A GOLDEN INDIA IN MAKING

Abbott Laboratories  in Gujrat is in full swing without any interruption with world class roads.
Modi now in power at Central India as Prime Minister ,will change India like Gujrat has been changed in 13 years.
India vs. China: The Battle for Global ManufacturingIndian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is hoping other executives will be similarly impressed with the ease of manufacturing in his country. Before Modi took charge in New Delhi, he headed the state government in Gujarat, and during his 13 years in power there he made the state an industrial leader. Manufacturing accounts for 28 percent of Gujarat’s economy, compared with 13 percent for the country as a whole, and a touch less than the 30 percent figure for manufacturing titan China.
China became an export powerhouse because of its vast pool of low-wage workers, but it’s no longer so cheap to manufacture there. Pinched by double-digit increases in China’s minimum wages, many companies are looking for low-cost alternatives. Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam and Indonesia are attractive, but they lack the deep supply of workers available in India. “It’s the only country that has the scale to take up where China is leaving off,” says Frederic Neumann, a senior economist with HSBC (HSBC). Vietnam and Indonesia? “Neither one is big enough to take up the slack,” he says, leaving India with a “golden opportunity.”

By 2016 the country’s growth rate of 7.2 percent will surpass China’s 7.1 percent, says CLSA senior economist Rajeev Malik.
The hourly labor cost in India for manufacturing averages 92¢, compared with $3.52 in China, according to Boston Consulting Group. But, says Anil Gupta, a professor at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, India hasn’t come close to matching China’s investments in the roads, ports, and power networks that companies want. “Lousy infrastructure essentially eats up any advantage the country may have on the labor front.”
Local leaders allied with Modi are trying to change that. In Madhya Pradesh the state government is creating 27 industrial areas while promising to improve infrastructure and make labor laws and land acquisition regulations more investor-friendly. Passing new labor laws that make it easier to hire and fire is especially important.
On the diplomatic front, Modi has adroitly taken advantage of the rivalry between Japan and China: After recent meetings with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese President Xi Jinping, he won commitments for almost $57 billion in investments in India. China pledged $20 billion, and Japan about 4 trillion yen ($35.5 billion). Much of the money will be used to build a giant industrial corridor between Delhi and Mumbai featuring high-speed trains and superhighways. The goal, University of Maryland’s Gupta says, is to turn the area into the equivalent of southern China’s Guangdong province, which built special economic zones to transform China into an exporting power. India’s leaders “have the political ducks lined up” to make that happen, he says.

ILLEGAL ELEPHANT TUSK(IVORY) SMUGGLED IN CHINESE PREMIER PLANE

The environmental group WWF estimated that around 25,000 African elephants were hunted for ivory in 2011“A toxic blend of governance failures, corruption and criminality” are ultimately responsible for the poaching of Tanzania’s elephants, the Environmental Investigation Agency said. The population has fallen by 50% in seven years:
Xi’s entourage on the Tanzania trip, according to the Chinese government, included just four people:
Screen Shot 2014-11-06 at 12.29.37 PMHis wife Peng Liyuan; Wang Huning, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee; Li Zhanshu, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee; and State Councilor Yang Jiechi.
There could be as few as 470,000 African elephants, …Officials traveling with the president aren’t the only ones accused of smuggling ivory out of Tanzania. During a four-day “goodwill visit” by a Chinese naval task force in December of 2013, one Tanzanian dealer boasted he made $50,000 in sales to the visiting military. During the same visit Chinese trader named Yu Bo was detained (pdf pg. 21) with 81 tusks he was trying to deliver to “mid-ranking naval officers.” Yu was sentenced to 20 years in jail.

Chinese government officials are huge buyers of ivory in Tanzania, according to a report from a London environmental group, and are partially responsible for the country’s decimated elephant population. Officials were so brazen that they allegedly loaded ivory into diplomatic pouches on the presidential plane carrying Xi Jinping during a 2013 visit.
Seized ivory tusks are displayed prior to their destruction …Two weeks before president Xi Jinping’s state visit to Tanzania last year, “Chinese buyers began purchasing thousands of kilos of ivory, later sent to China in diplomatic bags on the presidential plane,” two traders told the Environmental Investigation Agency (pdf, pg. 23). Diplomatic pouches and official state aircraft are not subject to the same security and customs checks that apply to most travelers.

Earlier this year, China’s ambassador to Tanzania publicly bemoaned his countrymen’s lust for illegal ivory, complaining that Chinese nationals were smuggling ivory out of Tanzania in the hoods of cars and even their undergarments. Yu’s sentencing has been widely reported by international news agencies like the AFP.
A Chinese national named Yu Bo was arrested during the naval visit as he attempted to enter the city's port in a lorry containing 81 elephant tusks -- hidden under wooden carvings -- which he planned to deliver to two mid-ranking Chinese naval officers, the EIA said.
Yu was convicted by a local court in March and sentenced to 20 years in jail, it added.
- Key China ally -
Tanzania, which has large reserves of natural gas, is a key ally of China in East Africa, and its President Jakaya Kikwete reportedly signed deals with the Asian giant worth $1.7 billion while on a visit to Beijing last month
Tanzania had about 142,000 elephants when Kikwete took office in 2005, the EIA said, adding that by 2015 the population is likely to have plummeted to about 55,000 as a result of poaching.
Police found 706 ivory tusks weighing over 1.8 tonnes at a house in Dar es Salaam last November, along with three Chinese nationals who were detained at the scene after trying to pay a $50,000 bribe, the EIA said.
